The RtI Leadership Preparation grant supports a total of 5 students, one of whom graduated in May 2011 with another four projected to graduate over the next three years. These students are required to enroll in additional course work and take advantage of internships to help develop their knowledge and skills in the area of RtI. For example, each student must participate in three internships that extend their experiences in technical assistance, research and school reform.

The funding for this grant project is ending in June of 2012, but Dr. Sailor and his team plan to submit a grant to fund another four years of this opportunity for a new cohort of graduate students
