Bio: Shea Obremski is a doctoral student in the department of special education. As a graduate research assistant at the Beach Center on Disability, her primary focus is on issues around self-determination. Prior to attending KU, Shea worked at the RI UCEDD as a project manager working on various initiatives such as: school-wide positive behavioral interventions and support, adult outcomes, transition studies, and early intervention transition analysis.
