The Beach Center is affiliated with the Schiefelbusch Institute for LifeSpan Studies and the Department of Special Education at the University of Kansas.
The Center is funded in part by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) and the Office of Special Education Programs, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, U.S. Department of Education; the National Institutes of Health Human Genome Project, the University of Kansas, and private endowments, especially one administered through The Kansas University Endowment Association and created by Ross and Marianna Beach.
